I undertook all the processes and ensured I followed his precise Instructions to the letter and had the funds deposited at RBA FINANZ. All quarterly routine notification to his forwarding address in france and china returned no reply. I discovered later from his contract employers, the Chinese Solid Minerals Corporation, that this client died alongside his whole family, from an airplane crash. We immediately launched an investigation into possible surviving next of kin to alert about the situation and also to come forward to claim his estate. In his bio-data form, he listed no next of kin. In the field of private banking, opening an account with us means no one will know of its existence, accounts are rarely held under a name; depositors use numbers and codes to make the accounts anonymous. This huge abandoned sum is being rolled over at the end of each year. At the end of this fiscal year according to the Laws here in my bank, the deposit will be declared unserviceable and will revert to the ownership of the board of my bank if nobody applies to claim the funds at maturity. Please note that, I alone have the deposit details and I am prepared to share the deposit with you in halves plus interest accrued till date. I would have gone ahead to ask the funds be released to me, but that would draw a straight line to me and my involvement in claiming the deposit. I assure you that with all legal paperwork secured in your favor and drawn up in my bank, the deposit should be released to you within a few days. I now seek your permission to have you stand as a next of kin to the deceased as all documentations will be carefully worked out by me for the deposit to be released in your favor as the beneficiary next of kin.
