As you would expect, we are taking this matter very seriously and have been liaising with the authorities to report this crime and are taking steps to bring this scam to the attention of the public.
We notice that your website seeks to expose the scam and raise public awareness and we are grateful for your efforts. Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that, and we do not believe that this was your intention, when searching using the terms "Al Fayed Charitable Foundation" and "[name redacted]", some search engines list the title "Crooks in Action" next to both the "Al Fayed Charitable Foundation" and "[name redacted]". Clearly, this causes a misleading and damaging association with both the Al Fayed Charitable Foundation and our employee Ms [name redacted]. Accordingly, we ask that you kindly alter the content of your website, perhaps by removing the names of our staff member Ms [name redacted] and reference to the Al Fayed Charitable Foundation, such that the search engines do not paraphrase the content of your website in this misleading and harmful way.
