It currently has more than 600 employees and occupies an area of more than 60,000 square meters with a construction area of more than 100,000 square meters. Through the years it has developed into a leading manufacturer in China specializing in many kinds of thread. Its main products comprise of the threads used for garments, including but not limited to polyester sewing thread and mercerized cotton sewing thread, crochet and embroidery thread and cross stitch. The production capacity per year is 5000 tons for all types of threads and 200,000 sets for embroidery cross stitch. Our products are exported all over the world to more then 60 countries spanning 5 continents including Europe, North America, South American, Africa and Middle East Asia. We have many established branches and marketing offices at home and in many of our customers own countries. We are equiped with TFO Twister, automatic winding machines ,Dyeing Machines and Mercerizing Machines from Germany, Switzerland ,Japan and Korea to keep improving the quality of our threads. We have achieved the integrated production capacity of 10,000 spindles of wool spinning and 30,000 spindles of cotton spinning for dyeing and thread making. We feel that it is important to keep as much of the production process in-house to ensure the high levels of quality we have come to expect and are expected of us. It is for this reason that we also employ the use of our own testing lab to supervise the process of production. Since our inception 20 years ago our products have earned a reputation for quality and our business practices for there ingenuity. We have obtained the international Quality System Certificate ISO9002 and our products have been approved by OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
