FBI ALERT:
I am Special Agent Stephen L. Morris from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Houston
Division) Intelligence Unit. We have just intercepted and confiscated a parcel containing
an ATM Master card at George Bush International Airport and are on the verge of moving
it to our bureau head quarters.
Your ATM Master card was accessed by the FBI authority and have found it to contain a
total sum of USD$4.5M and also some legal documents which bears your name as the
receiver of the parcel. Investigations carried out on the shipment/parcel shows that you
are the bonafide beneficiary of the said card which was to be deliver to your address.
We cross-checked all legal documentation in the parcel, and were about to release the
parcel to the delivery agent, when we found out that the parcel is lacking one important
document which as a result, the parcel have been confiscated until the required document
is provided.
According to section 229 subsections 31 of the 1991 constitution on release of unclaimed
payment, your parcel lacks TAX CLEARANCE LEVY and for that reason you are to comply
for direction on how to procure this TAX CLEARANCE LEVY, so that your parcel can be
legally cleared for delivery to you.
You are required to comply within 72 hours or we would take it that you do not want your
parcel, and would move it to the treasury Also, you must not contact any other bank for
any payment, because your payment is here in care of our storage vault team and will be
released to you once you follow my directives.
