Harry Turner wrote to the British Interplanetary Society at the end of October 1993 and received a reply from L.J. Carter, a special projects officer, who was at the B.I.S. meeting attended by Robert Truax in 1938, and photocopies of Gone With The Efflux an article by H.E. Ross in the Journal (XXXIV, Vol. 9 No. 3, May 1950). The article contained another photograph of the 1938 meeting.
