John Eadie (II) MBE worked in the design room at Templeton's carpet factory for 75 years. He joined the company in 1888 and retired in 1957, aged 89, and died three months later.

	TURNER.—At Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport, on 3rd November 2014, Marion F. Turner aged 96 years, wife of the late Harry E. Turner and mother of Philip, William and Robert.—Funeral at Cypress Chapel, Stockport Crematorium on Monday 17th November.
